Tires by position
Each tire is recorded at its position on the unit, so you can see which tire is on which wheel today, not which one was there at the last rotation.
Fleet maintenance from $2 per vehicle a month, billed annually.
Compare plansTires and warranties
Follow each tire by its position from mount to removal, with tread depth readings, retreads and cost per mile. Record warranties with their date and mileage limits, and get an email 30 days before one expires. Both are on Premium.

Tread readings saved
Each tire is recorded at its position on the unit, so you can see which tire is on which wheel today, not which one was there at the last rotation.
Record each time a tire goes on and comes off. When a tire moves from T-114 to T-131, its record moves with it instead of starting over.
Log tread depth readings as you measure them. A tire’s readings sit together on its record, so you can see how it is wearing and plan the replacement.
Record retreads on the tire itself, so a casing that has been back to the retreader keeps one record from its first mount onward.
RigMD works out cost per mile for each tire. That puts a number on the difference between two brands, or between a new tire and a retread, before you buy the next set.
Record each warranty with its end date and mileage limit. RigMD sends an email 30 days before a warranty expires, while there is still time to use it.
Tires are one of the larger running costs on a truck, and one of the hardest to follow on paper. A drive tire comes off T-114, goes out for a retread and goes back on T-131 three months later. Unless somebody writes that down, the tire’s history ends the day it leaves the first truck.
In RigMD the tire has its own record. Mounts, removals, tread readings and retreads stay with it, and cost per mile is worked out for that tire rather than averaged across the fleet. When a tire goes on during a repair, it can be added straight to the work order for the job.
A warranty is only worth something if somebody remembers it before it ends. Many fleets keep them in a folder in the office: the coverage on a newer truck, a rebuilt transmission, a set of batteries. The folder does not tell anyone when time is running out.
Record each one in RigMD with its end date and mileage limit. Thirty days before a warranty expires, RigMD sends an email, which gives the shop a month to look at the covered parts. Dealing with the dealer or the warranty company stays with your shop.

Enter tread depth readings when you measure, and record retreads as they happen.
Check each tire’s cost per mile when it is time to buy the next set.
Record warranties with their date and mileage limits, and RigMD sends an email 30 days before one expires.
