Privacy notice for rigmd.com
Updated
Who we are
rigmd.com is the website for RigMD, fleet maintenance software made by TruckerPro of Winnipeg, Manitoba. This notice covers this website. Your RigMD account itself is a TruckerPro account and is covered by the TruckerPro privacy policy.
The account request form
When you send the form on the contact page, we receive your name, company, work email, the phone number if you gave one, your country, fleet size, the plan you chose and your message. The form is emailed to our sales team through our email provider, Resend, so we can reply. If the email cannot be sent, the request is written to our server log so that it is not lost.
We use these details to answer you and to set up your account if you go ahead. We do not sell them or add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages help people. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and the tag runs only on rigmd.com. Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and whether a request form was sent; it does not receive what you type into the form. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on. Google’s own practices are described in its privacy policy.
Hosting and security
The site is served through Cloudflare and hosted on Railway. Like any web server, they process your IP address and request details to deliver pages and block abuse, and our server keeps short-lived logs of requests and errors. See the Cloudflare and Railway privacy policies.
The site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies to tell visits apart.
