Days, miles or both
Set each schedule by days, by miles, or both. An oil service every 25,000 miles and a brake inspection every 90 days can sit on the same truck.
Fleet maintenance from $2 per vehicle a month, billed annually.

Due soon: oil and filter service
Set each schedule by days, by miles, or both. An oil service every 25,000 miles and a brake inspection every 90 days can sit on the same truck.
Each truck gets its own schedules. Trailers follow a schedule set for their trailer type, so every trailer of one type shares a plan, and trailer schedules run by days.
Connect a Motive, Samsara or Radical ELD account and each truck’s odometer reading feeds its PM due dates. No connected ELD? Update the reading by hand.
A daily job checks every schedule. By default, a PM within 14 days or 500 miles of coming due is marked due soon, and one that has passed it is marked overdue.
Reminders arrive as a daily email digest and an in-app notice, so the shop lead starts the day with the list instead of building it from a spreadsheet.
On Pro, the daily job opens a PM work order for each schedule that comes due, without duplicates. Completing it rolls the schedule forward to the next date and mileage.
A PM usually slips for a simple reason: the mileage on the whiteboard is three weeks old. RigMD keeps one current odometer reading for each truck. It updates from a connected Motive, Samsara or Radical ELD account, by hand when you need to correct it, and on Pro whenever a work order closes.
That reading drives the mileage side of every truck schedule. If T-114’s next oil service is due at 415,000 miles, the daily digest lists it as due soon once the odometer passes 414,500 and as overdue once it passes 415,000. Schedules set by days work the same way against the calendar, which is how trailer schedules run.
On Starter, the email digest and the in-app notice tell your shop what is coming, and your team books the work the way it does today. Because the list is rebuilt every day, a truck that was due soon yesterday and is overdue today moves to where nobody can miss it.
On Pro, the daily job goes a step further and opens a PM work order for each schedule that comes due, once, never a second time for the same schedule. Your shop lead assigns it to a mechanic, and when the work order is completed the schedule rolls forward to its next due date and mileage, ready for the next cycle. Compare what each plan includes on the pricing page.
How it works
Add schedules by days, by miles or both to each truck, and by days to each trailer type.
Link your Motive, Samsara or Radical account so odometer readings feed due dates, or enter readings by hand.
Each day, the email digest and the in-app notice list every PM that is due soon or overdue.
Service the unit; on Pro, completing the PM work order rolls the schedule forward on its own.

Motive, Samsara and Radical. When one of those ELD accounts is connected, each truck’s odometer reading updates from it and feeds the mileage on its PM schedules.
You can update a truck’s odometer by hand, and on Pro it also updates when a work order closes. Schedules set by days do not depend on the odometer at all.
By default, when it is within 14 days or 500 miles of coming due. Once the due date or mileage has passed, the daily job marks it overdue.
No. Trailer schedules are set per trailer type and run by days. Mileage schedules are for trucks, which carry the odometer reading.
