The pre-trip in the TruckerPro Driver app marks each item OK, minor or major, with notes, the odometer and GPS location.

The truck comes off the board
With out-of-service blocking turned on, a major defect takes the truck out of service until a supervisor clears it.

Assign a lead mechanic and helpers. The lead gets a text and an email, accepts the job and starts the labor timer.

What is RigMD?
RigMD is fleet maintenance software for trucking companies. It keeps truck and trailer records, schedules preventive maintenance by days and miles, runs work orders for your mechanics, collects driver inspections from the TruckerPro Driver app, and tracks parts, tires, warranties and maintenance costs. It runs on the TruckerPro TMS.
How much does RigMD cost?

How do I get an account?
Send the form on the contact page or call us. Our team confirms your plan and sets up your account at tms.truckerpro.ca; there is nothing to install.
Is RigMD set up for US fleets?
Yes. PM schedules, due-soon warnings and ELD odometer readings work in miles, and daily renewal alerts cover the DOT annual inspection, registration, IRP cab cards, insurance and permits. The driver checklist in the TruckerPro Driver app is based on Canada’s National Safety Code Schedule 1 items, so compare it with the parts 49 CFR 396.11 lists before you use it for your DVIRs. Fleets based in Canada can see the Canadian site at rigmd.ca.
Can RigMD read odometers from my ELD?
Yes, from a connected Motive, Samsara or Radical account. Those readings keep mileage-based PM schedules current without anyone typing them in.
Do mechanics need an app?
No. Mechanics sign in to the web app from a phone or computer. The Mechanic role shows only their work orders, lets them run labor timers and add photos, and hides costs.
